general tos

- Nitpicking and/or annoying me too much will make me refuse ALL future commissions from you. Barking orders will result in the same. Any unnecessary frustration can result in immediate stopping of the commission and a refund of the value of the work I have not completed.- Give about a few days before asking about the commission progress, I am not working on commissions 24/7.- Generally I work on art Friday to Monday, time zone is +3 UTC (Moscow Standard Time)- Give as much info for your commission as you can, but do not make it a tl;dr fanfic. Images of your character, pose, background, etc is what will make the commission go by a lot faster.- Once you okay the sketch, there will not be any major changes, meaning that if the commission is finished and you want a major change, I will charge you for it. Be sure of what you want upfront. Do not nitpick about the commission the entire time, that will only make me despise the commission, not give it my full attention, and I'll avoid taking commissions from you again.- In short: Be respectful, and I’ll be respectful to you.

commission stages

- Important note. Changes to a commission must happen during the sketch phase. Any major changes after the sketch phase will cost money, ESPECIALLY if I finish the commission and you throw a change at me after you okay'd the final product.- Sketch (edits at this stage are free)- Clean lines (only minor edits, significant edits are $5-10 each)- Coloring (edits at this stage are free)- Shading (only minor edits, significant edits are $10-20 each)

payment

- Commission Prices are a starting price. Character additions, time, and difficulty is put into consideration which could raise the price of said commission. Do not use the labeled prices as a concrete assumption.- Things that could increase the price: Multiple sets of limbs/wings/tails/etc., complex markings, patterns and tattoos, if you do not provide a transparent .PNG file, complicated mechanisms like detailed prostheses, robots and robot parts, complex armor, vehicles.- Full payment upfront. Due to previous cases of scamming, I do not start a commission unless payment has been received. No exceptions.- I do not offer refunds. Unless I am physically incapable of doing the work.- Haggling. If you're sure you cannot afford the art piece, we can try and negotiate something based on your budget, I can make some leeway. However, please refrain from haggling excessively or complaining about the price.- Payment is done via PayPal or Boosty. For Russian citizens: Tinkoff Bank.

private commissions

- I will draw just about anything you ask for. However, do be sure to ask on concrete content of the image and I'll tell you, so if you prefer to keep your deep dark fantasies secret, then keep in mind this: any heavy fetishes that are considered not for general audiences, fall under the category of private commissions, I will not mention or post these commissions publicly, they will be only yours to see. Depending on the content of said commission, I will charge from additional 25% to 100% of the price. (decimals are rounded down)- Note that I can draw: BDSM, size difference, big butts and hyper dicks/breasts/udders, soft/anal vore and fisting, as a non-private commission. In fact, those specific fetishes are encouraged to commission.

other restrictions

I will refuse the following:

- Humans. My primary skill is drawing MLP, including anthro ponies, I also draw furries and Pokémon, but I won't draw humans and Equestria Girls. Certain exceptions apply to this.- Any kind of "racist" art. That includes zebradom, or any other kind of "supremacy" kink. I will also not draw politically charged characters (like Aryanne) and scenes.- Underage characters in NSFW situations. Pretty obvious. Don't ask. Diapers and any kind of ABDL fall in this category as well.- Non-con. Consent is king, and cuckolding also falls in this category. Dubcon, to an extent, is fine.- Gore. That includes "sexualized" gore like neutering and similar. Branding also falls in this category.
